- • As a Jr .NET Software Engineer at WEX Inc., you will contribute to team success by supporting applications, researching issues, and participating in production deployments, helping ensure reliable software delivery for WEX Health teams.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with teammates to break down feature work, troubleshoot production issues during evenings and weekends, participate in team meetings, and support the full software deployment lifecycle from integration to customer feedback and release.
- • You will join a cross-functional engineering team at WEX Inc., a company focused on health and benefits solutions, where you’ll work closely with Architects, Software Engineers, QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- • In this role, you will learn to design performant and secure software, understand unit testing and code review feedback, develop technical proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, and grow your ability to communicate priorities and dependencies across teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related technical role
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- • Basic understanding of software development fundamentals including design, documentation, testing, and development processes
- • Willingness to learn in a distributed team environment and effective oral and written communication skills
