📋 Description

• As a Jr. Web Developer at DailyPay, you will support the B2B and B2C marketing web ecosystem by building and maintaining high-performing marketing pages using WordPress (Elementor) and Contentful, directly contributing to employee financial wellness through innovative pay-on-demand solutions.
• Day to day, you will build and customize marketing pages, implement A/B tests, support account-based personalization, conduct QA and cross-browser testing, debug technical issues using Chrome DevTools, optimize performance and Core Web Vitals, and collaborate with UX, growth, SEO, and engineering teams to ensure campaign alignment and site stability.
• You will join a mission-driven, remote-first team at DailyPay, a worktech leader transforming how people get paid, headquartered in New York City with operations across the U.S. and Belfast, where inclusive collaboration and psychological safety are core to innovation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend development, gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level MarTech and A/B testing platforms, strengthen your debugging and performance optimization skills, and grow into a trusted contributor on high-impact marketing initiatives under senior engineering mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of front-end development experience in a fast-paced SaaS or marketing environment
• Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor, including ability to write custom PHP, CSS, and JS
• Familiarity with modern CMS workflows like Contentful and translating Figma designs into responsive web experiences
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and MarTech, including A/B testing and GA4 event tracking validation
• Advanced technical debugging skills using Chrome DevTools and disciplined QA/cross-browser testing practices
• Performance-first mindset focused on Core Web Vitals and clean code hygiene
