- • As a Junior Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients, engaging C-suite decision-makers to automate finance, procurement, logistics, and sales processes.
- • You’ll work within a high-performance, self-financed startup culture that values ownership, transparency, candor, and excellence, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- • Day-to-day activities include building and managing a sales pipeline, delivering tailored demos and presentations, negotiating multi-year SaaS deals (CHF/EUR 100K+), and maintaining accurate forecasting and follow-through.
- • You’ll partner with customers as a strategic advisor, positioning BLP’s AI-powered platform as a key enabler of operational efficiency and insight.

- • Fluency in both German and English is essential for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- • Proven ability to build, manage, and close sales pipelines, preferably in SaaS, ERP, finance, or related B2B technology sectors.
- • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CIOs, or COOs and translating business challenges into tailored solutions.
- • Strong consultative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a track record of driving structured sales processes.
