- • As a Junior AI Engineer (Clients) at Supernal, you will build and ship production software that powers customer-facing AI workflows and the internal platform that supports them, directly enabling SMBs to hire their first AI employee through intelligent, agentic workflows.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement backend services and integrations, work across APIs and data flows, own scoped projects end-to-end from requirements clarification to rollout, write automated tests, debug production issues using logs/metrics/traces, improve reliability through refactors and observability, and contribute to team standards via code review and documentation.
- • Supernal is a remote-first company building AI Employees for SMBs — not just tools, but working, value-generating AI teammates deployed on a proprietary platform. You’ll report to the Director of Engineering and collaborate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where ownership and initiative are expected.
- • In this role, you will learn to ship meaningful features at scale, strengthen your engineering fundamentals in backend systems and APIs, gain experience in production debugging and reliability practices, and grow your ability to own projects end-to-end while improving team quality through thoughtful collaboration and technical leadership.
