- • Support the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI models for enterprise software products
- • Assist in building intelligent features into commercial software solutions used across multiple industries
- • Work with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and APIs to implement AI-driven functionalities
- • Prepare, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to support model training and evaluation
- • Contribute to data pipelines and feature engineering tasks to improve model performance
- • Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices in machine learning and generative AI
- • Participate in internal innovation initiatives focused on automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven improvements
- • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders in agile development environments
- • Document technical solutions and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Engage in structured onboarding and mentorship programs led by experienced engineers and data specialists
- • Apply foundational knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and software development principles to real-world projects
- • Explore opportunities to integrate generative AI and automation into existing product workflows
- • Contribute to end-to-end project delivery from prototyping to deployment within a global software organization
- • Gain exposure to diverse product lines and cross-industry applications of AI technology
- • Develop skills in data processing, model validation, and scalable AI implementation in a commercial setting
- • Participate in regular team meetings, code reviews, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery of AI features
- • Build proficiency in working with real-world datasets from multiple sources, including enterprise systems and third-party APIs
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation of AI methodologies and best practices
- • Receive guidance and feedback from senior technical staff to accelerate professional growth in AI and machine learning
- • Work remotely as part of a distributed UK-based technology team with global collaboration
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field
- • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- • Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation) and programming (preferably Python)
- • Basic understanding of software development principles
- • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
