• As a Junior Analytical Consultant at Pearl Talent, you will be instrumental in empowering a cutting-edge AI-powered procurement technology company to revolutionize how organizations buy. This fully remote, full-time role operates within US time zones (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) and is ideal for candidates based in LATAM, including Mexico City, Bogotá, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santo Domingo, and Caracas. You will be at the forefront of operational excellence, bridging the gap between intricate data management, proactive supplier engagement, and the seamless execution of procurement processes.

This involves meticulously cleaning, structuring, and validating vast amounts of supplier, product, and quantity data. You will leverage your expertise in tools like Excel and Google Sheets to compare extracted data against source invoices, guaranteeing a high level of accuracy and completeness. This data validation is crucial for the successful onboarding of new customers and the smooth execution of sourcing events, forming the bedrock of informed decision-making.
• A significant portion of your role will involve proactive supplier communication and coordination. You will be the primary operational liaison, engaging directly with US-based vendors via phone and email. Your tasks will include clearly communicating participation requests for sourcing events, outlining critical timelines, and detailing the specific inputs required from each supplier. You will diligently track supplier responses, ensuring timely follow-ups to prevent any bottlenecks and maintain the momentum of the procurement cycle. This direct interaction is vital for fostering strong supplier relationships and ensuring their active participation.
