- • As a Junior Business Development Manager at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence by driving the full sales cycle for advertising technology solutions, contributing directly to revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the dynamic Ad Tech industry.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals, build and maintain long-term relationships with publisher house stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams to align on supply opportunities, and track performance against challenging revenue targets.

- • In this role, you will develop strong business acumen in Ad Tech, refine your sales and negotiation skills, gain hands-on experience in pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration, and build a foundation for a long-term career in business development or sales within a fast-growing, innovative technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Up to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or SDR (advantage)
- • Strong sales capabilities with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- • Fluent English (writing and speaking) – required; other languages are an advantage
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be a fast learner
- • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to report and analyze data
