📋 Description

• As a Junior Creative Marketing Manager for DramaShorts at Skelar AS, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing vertical drama streaming platform with over 1 million monthly fans and 350+ films, including 50 exclusives, helping to captivate global audiences through compelling storytelling and visual narratives.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating creative concepts for advertising seen by 15 million users monthly, preparing briefs for designers, collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to launch new ideas quickly and effectively, monitoring industry trends and news to produce timely and relevant creatives, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and evaluating creative performance to recommend improvements or revisions.
• You will join Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates international product IT companies using venture capital principles, supporting founders from zero to scale, with a strong focus on talent development, innovation, and social impact, including initiatives like the SKELAR Foundation and veteran accelerators.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in entertainment-tech marketing, strengthen your ability to translate stories into high-impact visual campaigns, gain hands-on experience with performance marketing metrics, and grow as a creative leader within a supportive ecosystem that offers exclusive domain education, networking with seasoned founders and specialists, and access to inspiring workspaces designed for productivity and well-being.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Creative Marketing or Content Marketing
• English proficiency at B1+ level
• Successful cases of implementing and executing creative projects
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC
• Systematic and structured approach to work
• Independence and readiness for new challenges
