  • • As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Saltz in the vibrant culinary scene of Vilnius. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers, introducing them to the transformative benefits of our marketplace. You will be instrumental in demonstrating how Saltz simplifies their procurement processes, enhances ingredient quality, and ultimately contributes to their success. This role requires a proactive and engaging approach, focusing on building strong, lasting relationships within the local gastronomic community.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will be centered around direct client engagement and relationship management. You will be responsible for planning and executing a schedule of approximately 10-15 meetings per week, actively visiting restaurants and kitchens throughout Vilnius. Your mission will be to clearly articulate the value proposition of Saltz, showcasing how our platform streamlines ordering, ensures reliability, and provides access to an exceptional range of ingredients. Following up diligently on all leads and interactions will be crucial to ensure a seamless experience for potential clients and to nurture our growing network.
  • • This role offers a significant degree of autonomy. You will be empowered to plan your weekly schedule, strategizing your outreach to maximize efficiency and impact. While guidance and support will always be available, we trust our team members to manage their workflows effectively and to drive towards achieving and exceeding their sales targets. You will become proficient in using our CRM system and other essential tools, meticulously documenting your progress and interactions. This data-driven approach ensures that the entire Saltz team can collaborate effectively, providing you with the support needed to succeed.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are not just sales-oriented, but who possess a genuine understanding and appreciation for the hospitality industry. Whether you have direct experience running a kitchen, managing a bustling bar, or excelling in a guest-facing role like a concierge, your insights into the fast-paced demands of gastronomy will be invaluable. We are open to career changers who can demonstrate a transferable skill set and a strong desire to enter the food tech space. Previous sales internships or customer-facing roles are considered a significant advantage, highlighting your foundational experience in client interaction.
