- • As a Junior Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Saltz, directly engaging with the vibrant gastronomic community in your city. Your primary mission will be to identify, approach, and build relationships with new venues, ranging from cozy, independent lunch spots to high-end, Michelin-level establishments. You will be instrumental in showcasing the transformative power of the Saltz.App, demonstrating how it simplifies and enhances the ingredient sourcing process for chefs and restaurant managers.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of field visits, strategic planning, and client engagement. You will be responsible for managing approximately 10-15 meetings per week, ensuring thorough follow-up and providing exceptional support to every potential and existing user. This role demands a proactive approach, where you will plan your weekly schedule, set ambitious goals, and work diligently to meet or exceed your targets. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance, empowering you to take ownership of your workflow and drive your own success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the gastronomy sector (e.g., kitchen, bar, hospitality management, or concierge), or a strong desire and aptitude for sales and relationship building.
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to confidently lead conversations, actively listen, and articulate value propositions.
- • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to plan and manage your own schedule effectively and consistently meet or exceed targets.
