• • As a Junior FP&A Manager at CoachHub GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a rapidly expanding global SaaS company. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience within the core functions of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), directly contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• • You will be instrumental in supporting and, in some instances, taking ownership of critical workstreams within our annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes. This involves meticulous data preparation, maintaining and updating complex financial models, conducting thorough variance analysis to understand deviations from plan, and generating insightful reports for various stakeholders.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve contributing to the creation of our monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages. These reports are vital for providing senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors with a clear and accurate picture of the company's financial health and performance.
• • You will dive deep into analyzing financial performance, identifying the key drivers behind our results, pinpointing potential risks that could impact our trajectory, and recognizing emerging trends that offer opportunities or challenges. This analytical rigor is crucial for proactive financial management.
• • A key focus will be on supporting product-level profitability and unit economics analysis. This collaborative effort with senior finance team members will provide invaluable insights into the financial performance of our core offerings, enabling us to optimize pricing, resource allocation, and strategic investments.
• • You will be responsible for preparing essential materials and conducting in-depth analyses to support presentations for leadership, the Board of Directors, and investor relations. • • Close collaboration with our Accounting and Data teams is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our financial data, forming the bedrock of all our analyses and reports.
• • You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial infrastructure. This includes enhancing our existing financial models, optimizing our planning tools, and refining our reporting processes to ensure we are leveraging the most efficient and effective methods available.
• • Furthermore, you will be tasked with conducting ad-hoc analyses to provide critical support for strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational decision-making. This requires agility, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to quickly pivot to address emerging business needs.
