We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Front-end Motion Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building a new era of video creation.
• In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between development and motion design, focusing on creating beautiful, cohesive animations using React and Remotion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a developer with a keen eye for animation and the ability to ship production-ready motion graphics systems. You will be instrumental in developing and refining our motion graphics library, directly influencing the visual quality and stylistic consistency of the videos generated by our platform.
• Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including collaborating closely with engineers and creative direction to implement sophisticated motion templates and transitions. You will be tasked with polishing animation timing and pacing to ensure a fluid and engaging user experience. A significant part of your role will involve building reusable motion components that form the backbone of our design system, ensuring visual consistency across all video outputs.
• Key activities will include building programmatic motion graphics leveraging the power of Remotion and React. You will develop and maintain a library of reusable components and templates, such as lower thirds, titles, dynamic charts, and seamless transitions. A critical focus will be on enhancing the overall motion polish, meticulously refining easing, timing, rhythm, spacing, and ensuring visual consistency.
• You will also play a vital role in maintaining and evolving our clean motion design system, adhering to established patterns for colors, typography, and layout. Continuous collaboration with the team will be essential for rapid iteration based on feedback, ensuring our product remains at the cutting edge. Furthermore, you will contribute to optimizing the performance and rendering reliability of our motion graphics, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable building sophisticated motion systems directly in code, moving beyond static UI elements to create dynamic and engaging visual experiences.
• Experience with Remotion is highly desirable, but we are also keen to consider candidates with strong React animation experience who demonstrate a clear willingness and ability to ramp up quickly on Remotion. Excellent engineering habits, including writing clean, reusable code and a meticulous attention to detail, are paramount. The ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively, iterating rapidly to achieve optimal results, is crucial for success in this role.
