- • Handle, inspect, and repack incoming and outgoing diamond shipments with precision, adhering strictly to company protocols and international shipping standards.
- • Work alongside two team members to manage daily office logistics operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to operational timelines.
- • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and security when handling high-value diamond inventory—zero tolerance for error.
- • Collaborate directly with senior logistics professionals to align on daily priorities, share operational insights, and uphold team-wide excellence standards.
- • Participate in identifying and proposing actionable improvements to existing workflows to increase efficiency as the company scales rapidly.
- • Perform basic administrative tasks including documentation, labeling, inventory logs, and shipment tracking to support smooth office functioning.
- • Ensure all shipment handling complies with customs regulations and international transport requirements for luxury goods.
- • Maintain strict discretion when dealing with confidential client data, shipment details, and high-value inventory.
- • Physically handle small manual tasks related to package inspection, repacking, and movement within the warehouse and office environment.
- • Demonstrate reliability and proactive behavior in a fast-paced, high-stakes operational environment where precision is critical.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively seeking feedback, absorbing training, and applying new procedures as implemented.
- • Support team goals with a collaborative mindset, offering solutions to bottlenecks and helping maintain a positive, productivity-focused workspace.
