- • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, offering technical support and guidance to users while maintaining data integrity.
- • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion, adhering to data privacy and security standards.
- • Support HR processes through system configuration, data entry, and reporting to enable informed decision-making.
- • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HRIS across the organization.
- • Maintain documentation of system changes, user guides, and FAQs to support knowledge sharing and user adoption.
- • Stay updated on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
- • Contribute to a positive employee experience by ensuring HR systems are accessible, efficient, and user-friendly.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
- • 1-2 years of experience in a HRIS support or similar role.
- • Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
- • Proficiency in HRIS software.
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
