- • Handle, inspect, and repack incoming and outgoing diamond shipments with precision, following company protocols and international shipping standards.
- • Perform daily operational tasks in coordination with two team members to ensure smooth logistics flow within the Oude Meer office hub.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when managing high-value jewelry and diamond inventory.
- • Collaborate with senior logistics staff to align on daily priorities, share workflow insights, and uphold operational excellence.
- • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency as the company scales across international markets.
- • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all shipments, adhering to compliance and internal audit requirements.
- • Perform manual handling of small goods, including unpacking, sorting, labeling, and repackaging shipments with meticulous care.
- • Support administrative duties such as logging shipments, updating inventory records, and coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries.
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment with zero tolerance for error, where attention to detail directly impacts customer trust and company reputation.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues, track delays, and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively seeking feedback and applying new procedures as the company evolves.

- • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external partners using English as the primary business language.
- • Remain physically capable of performing repetitive manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods during shifts.
