- • Be the first spark in Gradion’s expansion across Asia. As our Junior–Middle Sales Development Representative you will own the top-of-funnel for six- and seven-figure digital-transformation deals (USD 100 K – 1 M). You are not a list-builder; you are a door-opener who turns cold accounts into warm conversations and qualified pipeline.
- • Own a named territory of e-commerce, manufacturing and digital-native companies across the US market. Every morning (US hours) you will research 10–15 new accounts, map economic buyers, identify trigger events and craft hyper-personalised sequences that cut through the noise.
- • Execute disciplined outbound outreach: 40–50 tailored emails, 15–20 targeted LinkedIn touches and 20–30 cold calls per day. You will A/B-test subject lines, value props and CTAs, then feed winning patterns back to marketing and RevOps within 24 hours.
- • Run razor-sharp 5- to 7-minute discovery calls. Your goal: surface a quantified pain point, confirm budget authority and secure a next-step meeting for our regional Account Directors. You will log call notes, next actions and buying-committee maps directly in HubSpot with 100 % hygiene.
- • Build and iterate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) with Sales, Marketing and Delivery leadership. You will translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and ensure every message aligns with Gradion’s AI, cloud, data and product-engineering value pillars.
- • Collaborate across time zones with colleagues in Vietnam, Singapore and Europe. You will join weekly deal-strategy huddles, present pipeline insights and co-design multi-thread campaigns that turn single contacts into buying committees.
- • Track leading indicators religiously: connect-to-reply rate, meeting-set rate, pipeline value and stage-zero-to-stage-one conversion. You will own a quarterly SQL quota and receive uncapped accelerators once you exceed 110 % attainment.
- • Act as the voice of the prospect. You will feed competitive intel, objection trends and market feedback to Product Marketing so that Gradion’s messaging stays six months ahead of the curve.
- • Contribute to a culture of relentless improvement. You will shadow senior closers, record your own calls for peer review and complete at least one sales-skills micro-certification every quarter.
- • Position yourself for rapid promotion. Top SDRs who hit 125 % of quota for two consecutive quarters are fast-tracked into Sales Manager or Account Executive roles with their own book of business.
