- • Coordinate car transport services across Europe in a fast-paced, growing environment, ensuring seamless execution between compounds, drivers, and logistics partners.
- • Provide ad hoc operational support to the team, assisting with daily tasks to maintain efficient workflow and meet evolving business demands.
- • Communicate directly with customers via phone to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a premium, 5-star service experience throughout the transport process.
- • Collaborate with carriers, internal teams, and external partners to align on transport schedules, documentation, and customer requirements.
- • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle transport assignments, ensuring compliance and traceability.
- • Support the operations team in resolving logistical issues promptly, demonstrating proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
- • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and service quality.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- • Work within CET working hours as part of a fully remote team, coordinating across time zones to support European car transport operations.
- • Engage with a global team of 25k+ marketing and operations professionals, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to expand responsibilities and advance within the company as operational needs evolve.
- • Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s commitment to secure, reliable, and tailored vehicle transport services.
- • Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication across departments and external stakeholders.
- • Operate independently in a remote setting while maintaining alignment with team goals and operational standards.
- • Support the company’s mission to transform the car transport industry through innovative logistics and exceptional customer service.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in English and German
- • Proactive and hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills
- • Strong phone communication skills; prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous
- • Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- • Interest in expanding responsibilities and growing within the company
- • Additional languages such as French, Polish, or Lithuanian are a significant plus
