📋 Description
- • Junior Operations Manager for the Pension Deposit area, responsible for executing operational processes in this core business segment.
- • Handling transfers, subsidy management, bonus applications, tax processing, and edge-case handling while adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
- • Developing into a central subject matter expert for operational day-to-day topics and supporting customer teams in advising end-users on pension-related matters.
- • Continuously optimizing workflows through AI, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Ensuring smooth operations and proactively addressing risks in compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- • Gaining deep expertise in German pension products, especially Riester-Rente, and building operational excellence in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- • Working with cutting-edge technologies and AI-driven tools to modernize legacy-free investment infrastructure.
- • Contributing to Upvest’s mission of making investing as simple as spending money, in collaboration with Europe’s leading fintechs and financial institutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Basic understanding of market rules and common pension products, particularly Riester-Rente.
- • Knowledge of legal framework conditions and basic understanding of data exchange with the Central Subsidy Agency for Asset Formation (ZfA).
- • Strong interest in working with artificial intelligence and actively using AI tools in daily work.
- • Reliability and resilience during high workload periods, combined with conscientious time management.
- • Native-level German and negotiation-fluent English in speaking and writing.
- • High degree of initiative combined with strong teamwork skills.
