• • Day to day, the person will act as a guardian of team efficiency by removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews), coaching the team on Agile principles, and ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. They will partner closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable team goals, while supporting coordination across large, cross-functional teams.
