📋 Description

• Join Yazio’s Monetization squad as a Junior Product Designer to shape experiences seen by millions of users worldwide, focusing on subscription flows, paywalls, and upsells that drive product engagement and business growth.
• Day to day, you will design mobile experiences, turn ideas into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers, learn from user research and experiment results, iterate designs based on feedback and data, explore AI-powered tools, prepare developer handoffs, contribute to the design system, and gradually take ownership of design challenges.
• You’ll be part of a remote-first, international team at Yazio GmbH, a mission-driven company helping people build healthier habits through its nutrition app, with English as the company language and a strong focus on work-life balance, continuous learning, and inclusive culture.
• In this role, you will grow into a confident Product Designer by learning from senior designers, receiving regular feedback, building skills in mobile UX/UI, design systems, experimentation, and AI-assisted design, while contributing to high-impact projects that influence user behavior and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing mobile product experiences through work, internships, freelance projects, or a portfolio
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly interfaces with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and collaborating well with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers
• Curiosity about how design decisions influence user behavior and business outcomes
• Eagerness to grow in a fast-moving environment and take ownership of development
• Bonus: Experience with subscription experiences, onboarding flows, design systems, user research, experimentation, or AI-powered design tools
