📋 Description

• Junior Product Manager role focused on transitioning into product management with ownership of results and building products used by millions globally.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and prioritizing hypotheses based on market/user research and analytics, managing full-cycle validation of product hypotheses (design, development, testing, analytics), conducting A/B tests to improve core metrics, and collaborating with marketing to understand the full user journey and find optimal solutions.
• The team at Guru Apps, part of Universe Group, builds leading mobile apps in utilities and AI, with products like Cleaner Guru, Scan Guru, Assist Guru, and Visify achieving top rankings and over 100M downloads worldwide. The product team is led by experienced leaders Bogdan and Maksym, and you’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of 10 specialists including analysts, iOS developers, designers, QA, backend engineers, and marketing.
• You will learn to think in metrics and business outcomes, understand unit economics, take ownership of your area, learn quickly from mistakes, proactively seek growth opportunities, and develop intermediate+ English skills while gaining hands-on product management experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, support, consulting, operations, or customer-facing roles in product IT companies with understanding of PDLC
• First steps in Product Management via courses, pet projects, research, or practical experience
• Proven track record of strong results: exceeding KPIs, launching initiatives, optimizing processes, high performance, or rapid career growth
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment valuing decision speed, initiative, and measurable impact
• Intermediate+ English proficiency
• Bonus: Experience with mobile products or conducting A/B tests
