- • As a Junior Product Marketing Manager at Duomo (a venture built by Skelar AS), you will drive business results by generating unconventional ideas, testing hypotheses, and analyzing performance to influence both marketing and product decisions in a high-impact consumer brand.
- • Day to day, you will conduct market research, build A/B testing systems with analytics and engineering teams, collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to refine acquisition strategy, and quickly adapt to new business problems while identifying and testing new marketing and product "angles".
- • You will join Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more — known for award-winning products, Trustpilot acclaim, and over 10 million global users — where expertise meets opportunity and there’s no ceiling on growth.
- • In this role, you will develop strong commercial and ownership skills, transition from a finance/consulting background into growth and product impact, and gain hands-on experience shaping product strategy and go-to-market execution for a rapidly scaling spiritual platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a quantitative field (Math, System Analysis)
- • Graduated from a strong university (e.g., KSE, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, KPI, KNEU, Taras Shevchenko University or similar)
- • 1–2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting/advisory firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.)
- • Experience in audit, transaction services, financial due diligence, corporate finance, strategy, or management consulting
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving
- • Good English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
