• • This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner to join the US Product team within Form3, supporting the Zelle gateway build by collaborating closely with Engineering teams to shape and prioritise the backlog for Form3’s Zelle features.
• • The role involves acting as a product expert for internal teams and external stakeholders, translating product vision into actionable requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional and non-functional specifications, and analysing data to support continuous improvement.
• • Form3’s Product Team are the backbone of our ground-breaking services, holding responsibility for creating and developing real-time, cutting-edge payments technology products for our full scope of financial services customers. Within Form3, Business Analysts / Junior Product Owners are central to innovation, trusted with product ownership tasks and surrounded by a high-calibre team of experts.
• • The person in this role will develop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture, gain deep expertise in Zelle products, and make a meaningful impact on the build and delivery of Form3’s Zelle gateway across the US while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
