- • We are actively seeking a highly detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to become the linchpin of our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in transforming high-level product requirements into meticulously defined, production-ready tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure absolute clarity and completeness in task breakdown and backlog management, enabling our development and cross-functional teams to execute with speed and precision, minimizing ambiguity and the need for extensive clarification.
- • As the 'clarity engine' of our product development process, you will be instrumental in ensuring that every task assigned is unambiguous, comprehensive, and perfectly primed for execution. This role demands an individual who thrives on structure, possesses an innate ability to anticipate potential issues, and takes pride in delivering perfectly crafted work.
- • **Key Responsibilities:**
- • **Own Task Breakdown:** You will be responsible for taking feature requirements, often at a high level, and meticulously dissecting them into granular, actionable tasks. These tasks must be so clear and well-defined that developers, data analysts, QA engineers, and other team members can pick them up and execute them without requiring further explanation or clarification. This involves understanding the 'what' and 'why' behind each task.
- • **Proactive Backlog Management:** Maintain a consistently updated, 7-day forward-looking backlog. This ensures that the team always has a clear view of upcoming work, enabling efficient planning and resource allocation. You will be the guardian of this forward momentum, ensuring no critical tasks are overlooked or fall through the cracks.
- • **Uphold Task Quality Standards:** Every task you create must adhere to a stringent quality standard. This includes clearly articulating the 'Why' (the business rationale and objective), the 'What' (precise functional and non-functional requirements), comprehensive 'Acceptance Criteria' (measurable conditions that define successful completion), a robust 'Definition of Done' (technical checklist for completion), and a thorough consideration of potential 'corner cases' and edge scenarios.
- • **Collaborate with Project Owners:** Act as a crucial bridge between high-level product strategy and detailed execution. You will work closely with Project Owners to translate strategic vision into concrete, executable plans, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
- • **Maintain System Integrity:** Ensure that 100% of all project tasks and work are meticulously tracked within our designated task management system. No work should occur outside of this system, guaranteeing full visibility, traceability, and accountability for all project activities.
- • **Achieve High Quality Rate:** Strive for and achieve a task quality rate of 90% or higher. This means your tasks should be so complete and unambiguous from the outset that they rarely require revisions or significant follow-up questions, demonstrating your commitment to precision and efficiency.
- • **Facilitate Cross-Functional Understanding:** Ensure that tasks are not only technically clear but also easily understood by all stakeholders, regardless of their technical background. This involves using clear language and providing necessary context.
- • **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in refining and improving our task management processes, contributing insights and suggestions to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- • **Support Project Velocity:** By ensuring tasks are well-defined and dependencies are clear, you will directly contribute to the overall velocity and success of our project teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, product operations, or dedicated task management roles.
- • Hands-on experience with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Linear.
- • Proven ability to write clear, detailed documentation or task descriptions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking.
- • Experience working within structured, process-driven environments, with a strong understanding of how to maintain order and efficiency.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, with a natural inclination to identify edge cases, corner scenarios, and potential risks.
- • Strong written communication skills, capable of explaining complex requirements clearly, concisely, and without ambiguity.
- • Ability to learn new processes and frameworks quickly and effectively.
