📋 Description

• The Junior Project Manager, Operations will support in the coordination and execution of field ticket requests for the Operations team.
• This includes resource management, planning, approval, procurement of materials, and communication with external teams.
• The candidate must align with the Metergy culture, which emphasizes pro-active communication and risk identification to help the business stay ahead of potential issues and develop effective mitigation plans to minimize impact to Metergy clients and customers.
• The Junior Project Manager, Operations will also be responsible for continuous improvement to ensure that business operations evolve with changing market conditions and business growth plans.
• The role will involve working closely with the Operations team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• The Junior Project Manager, Operations will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• The role will involve communicating with external teams, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure that all projects are completed to the required standards.
• The Junior Project Manager, Operations will also be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all projects, including timelines, budgets, and quality control.
• The role will involve working closely with the Operations team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a project management or operations role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
