📋 Description

• As a Junior QA Specialist at MasterBorn, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products for clients in the high-end American IT market, contributing directly to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions for both established companies and innovative startups.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting manual testing with a focus on API, acceptance, and end-to-end testing, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues, and continuously improving testing processes to enhance product quality.
• You will join a dynamic and skilled team at MasterBorn sp. z o.o., a company that values quality-driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow, working on diverse projects that range from MVPs to mature products using modern technologies like React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• In this role, you will develop strong testing methodologies, gain hands-on experience with full-stack web and mobile applications, deepen your understanding of software quality assurance practices, and build a foundation for a long-term career in QA or software development.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, or TypeScript
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve testing skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) to work with international clients
