  • • As a Junior Recruiter at Zippymh LLC, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to make manufactured home financing simple, fast, and fully online by owning full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level roles and driving recruiting operations across the function. This hybrid role blends execution and operational ownership, ensuring hiring processes remain efficient, organized, and candidate-focused as the company scales.
  • • You will own full-cycle recruiting for assigned high-volume, entry-level roles from intake through offer stage, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial assessments and phone screens, evaluating candidate fit and communication, and moving candidates efficiently through the funnel while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • • You will manage all administrative and operational aspects of recruiting, including maintaining candidate pipelines in the ATS, posting and updating job listings across platforms, organizing workflows, resolving process gaps, and prioritizing competing scheduling demands across multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, scheduling interviews across stakeholders and time zones, managing interview logistics and communications, and delivering a high-quality, responsive candidate experience that reflects Zippy’s commitment to professionalism and respect.
  • • You will conduct LinkedIn sourcing and proactive outreach to build evergreen talent pipelines, support hiring efforts with speed and consistency, and contribute to recruiting projects such as centralizing documentation, updating templates, improving processes, and strengthening the employment brand through better candidate experience and materials.
  • • You will support the Director of Talent Acquisition by coordinating on complex searches, enabling them to focus on strategic hiring, while ensuring the ATS remains clean, structured, and up to date, and recruiting processes continuously improve as the company grows.
  • • You will contribute to People & Culture initiatives as needed, helping build scalable systems, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that support Zippy’s growth and mission to tackle the affordable housing crisis through innovative lending solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Prior experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a junior recruiter role
  • • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting for high-volume or entry-level roles
  • • Strong experience with ATS platforms and candidate pipeline management
  • • Experience conducting phone screens and early-stage candidate interviews
  • • Experience managing scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • • LinkedIn sourcing experience
  • • Ability to manage high volumes without sacrificing attention to detail
  • • Strong work ethic, hands-on approach, and comfort operating in ambiguity to create structure
  • • Highly organized with strong follow-through, prioritization skills, and ability to operate independently
  • • Proactive, resourceful mindset with a builder mentality and sense of urgency
  • • Professional, clear communication skills and genuine interest in building great teams
