• • The Junior Recruiter role at Brighterly, a Skelar AS venture, supports the growth of a leading online math and reading learning platform for children in the USA by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to a scalable tutor hiring system.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing candidates through the hiring funnel from application to offer, publishing and updating job vacancies across job boards, coordinating interview schedules and communication with hiring teams, maintaining recruitment trackers and monitoring hiring metrics, supporting candidates throughout the process, collaborating with onboarding and supply teams for smooth pipeline flow, and contributing to process improvements and candidate experience enhancements.
