Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • LI.FI is seeking a visionary and highly experienced People Operations Lead to architect, build, and execute the operational backbone of our People function. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on deconstructing complex systems, identifying inefficiencies, and rebuilding them with a focus on speed, scalability, and exceptional employee experience. You will be instrumental in transforming our People Operations from a reactive administrative unit into a proactive, data-driven, and technologically advanced infrastructure.
  • • As the People Operations Lead, you will be the architect of our People Operations strategy, responsible for designing and implementing robust, measurable, and efficient processes that can scale with our rapid growth. This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo; it's about pioneering new ways of working, leveraging cutting-edge AI and automation to create a truly modern and effective People function. You will be expected to create the blueprint for how People Operations should operate and then bring that vision to life through meticulous implementation and continuous iteration.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves the strategic integration of AI and automation across all People Operations workflows. You will identify opportunities to automate manual administrative tasks, design AI-enabled workflows for critical processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, performance management, and policy dissemination. This includes building intelligent templates, AI copilots, and repeatable frameworks that significantly reduce operational load and enhance accuracy. Your expertise in AI will be fundamental to how you design and optimize these processes, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the People Ops team.
  • • You will own the end-to-end design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of all People Operations processes across the organization. This involves conducting thorough audits of existing workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, potential risks, and scalability bottlenecks. Based on these findings, you will rebuild processes from first principles, prioritizing improvements in speed, accuracy, and the overall employee experience. You will establish and enforce operational standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that the People function operates with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
  • • The role demands a dual capability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. While you will be responsible for the overarching system design and architectural ownership, you will also be hands-on in problem-solving and driving execution. This includes co-creating and operationalizing core People processes such as feedback cycles, performance reviews, onboarding, and offboarding. You will ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems, maintaining up-to-date documentation that future-proofs the People function.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to develop and manage our global employment and Employer of Record (EOR) strategy from an operational perspective. You will act as the primary process lead for all EOR workflows, ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency. This involves evaluating process friction, identifying cost drivers and compliance gaps, and implementing strategic improvements. Close collaboration with the Finance team will be essential to guarantee payroll accuracy, transparency, and operational consistency across all jurisdictions.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with establishing and tracking key People Operations KPIs, including process SLAs, cycle times, engagement touchpoints, and data integrity metrics. You will build insightful dashboards that surface actionable data, using these metrics to drive continuous process refinement and demonstrate the strategic value of People data. Your goal is to transform People data from a mere administrative byproduct into a powerful strategic asset for the organization.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and lead the People Operations team, fostering their growth and development. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments, ensuring that People Operations initiatives align with broader business objectives. If you have a proven track record of building modern, AI-enabled People Ops infrastructure in a scaling environment and are eager to make a high-impact contribution, this role is an exceptional fit for your career aspirations.
  • • LI.FI is a remote-first company, and this position is open to candidates located within the EMEA region. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where differences are embraced and celebrated. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply and contribute to our mission of simplifying multi-chain DeFi and enabling a fairer, more decentralized world.
