š Description
- ā¢ The Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer and Quality Analyst is responsible for improving department operations by monitoring key performance indicators and providing information to supervisors for employee feedback and training, while maintaining Service Excellence standards across all Revenue Cycle applications.
- ā¢ Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating workflows, developing process improvements, creating and updating training curricula (including eLearnings and tip sheets), conducting quality audits, analyzing performance data, identifying error trends, and delivering feedback and training to team members and leadership.
- ā¢ The role operates within the PAS Quality and Training department at BMC Software, Inc., collaborating closely with Epic eMerge Training Teams, application analysts, subject matter experts, and Revenue Cycle leadership to align training with organizational goals and system updates.
- ā¢ The individual will develop expertise in instructional design, quality assurance, Epic Revenue Cycle applications, and adult learning methodologies, while gaining experience in project management, data-driven performance improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Bachelorās degree preferred (or equivalent extensive training experience)
- ā¢ 5+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience
- ā¢ 2+ years of quality auditing or EHR training experience
- ā¢ Epic Revenue Cycle Application Certification required
- ā¢ Certification in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, or HIM required
- ā¢ Proficiency in one or more Epic Curriculum applications (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
