- • As a Junior Sales Manager at Saltz, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s digital marketplace that connects chefs with high-quality food producers, helping to eliminate inefficiencies in the culinary supply chain and empower local and international suppliers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include visiting restaurants and kitchens in the field, conducting 10–15 meetings per week, demonstrating the Saltz application to chefs, managing follow-ups, planning your weekly schedule with guidance, and using CRM tools to track progress and ensure no leads are left unattended.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Saltz, a fast-growing startup backed by top European venture capital, which recently closed a €20M Series A and is building a transparent, direct marketplace for food sourcing across hundreds of cities.
- • In this role, you will develop strong field sales skills, learn to manage a sales pipeline autonomously, gain deep insights into the gastronomy industry, and have the opportunity to earn uncapped OTE based on performance, with clear pathways for growth in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.
