- • As a Junior Treasury Analyst at Trading 212 UK Ltd., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial health and operational efficiency of a fast-growing fintech leader serving over 5 million clients with €30 billion in assets under management. Your work ensures accurate liquidity management, timely payments, and robust risk controls—directly enabling the company’s mission to democratize wealth-building through innovative trading and investing products.
- • You will execute daily morning bank balance reporting and interest rate updates with 100% accuracy, instructing payments driven by financial models; manage end-to-end KYC processes for new banking partners and lead the integration of new payment gateways; deliver high-stakes liquidity reports and analysis to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions; proactively identify improvements in risk management and financial performance while supporting the evolution of Treasury Management Systems (TMS); assist in fee negotiations and maintain professional relationships with global banking and trading partners; ensure strict adherence to risk frameworks and internal controls; and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement financial enhancements that scale with the business.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field
- • 1–2 years of experience in treasury, asset management, or financial services (exceptional graduates also considered)
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including experience with financial modeling and pivot tables
- • Familiarity with ERPs, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), or banking portals/payment gateways
- • Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- • Exceptional work ethic, obsession with quality, and deadline-driven resilience under pressure
