- • Own and scale key performance marketing channels including Paid Social, Search, and Affiliate marketing, managing significant budgets to achieve ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets across multiple internal projects.
- • Build, implement, and refine scalable marketing processes from campaign planning and execution to consistent reporting and analysis frameworks across diverse channel types.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities, translate complex metrics into actionable strategies, and communicate recommendations directly to the leadership team.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Creative teams to align marketing goals with product development and creative assets, ensuring marketing efforts directly drive company-wide growth.
- • Proactively identify, test, and lead the launch of new marketing channels and initiatives to diversify growth levers and expand user acquisition capabilities.
- • Take full ownership of performance metrics for assigned channels, from initial setup through ongoing optimization, with accountability for meeting defined KPIs.
- • Work within a centralized UA department in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where responsibilities are delegated early and expectations for impact are high.
- • Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making, using analytics to inform budget allocation, creative testing, audience targeting, and channel prioritization.
- • Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, balancing high-level planning with detailed campaign execution across multiple platforms and tools.
- • Participate in daily office collaboration from Monday to Friday in Almedia’s Central Berlin office to maintain team momentum and foster cross-functional alignment.
