- • This pivotal role is designed to significantly enhance the efficiency of our User Acquisition team by taking on a substantial portion (20-40%) of the manual campaign operations. By entrusting these critical tasks to a dedicated Junior UAM, our Senior User Acquisition Managers will be empowered to dedicate more time to high-level strategic initiatives, in-depth data analysis, insightful performance reviews, and the development of innovative growth optimization strategies. This role is not just about executing tasks; it's about enabling strategic growth and freeing up valuable senior resources for maximum impact.
- • The Junior User Acquisition Manager will be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of user acquisition campaigns across a variety of advertising platforms. This involves the meticulous creation of new campaigns, adhering strictly to the specifications and strategic direction provided by senior team members. You will be responsible for editing and optimizing existing campaigns based on real-time performance data and clear directives, ensuring that campaigns are continuously refined for maximum effectiveness.
- • A key responsibility will be the duplication of successful campaigns. This process is crucial for scaling proven strategies and for facilitating rigorous A/B testing to identify new avenues for growth and optimization. You will also be tasked with generating comprehensive performance reports and concise campaign summaries, providing clear insights into campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- • The role encompasses the end-to-end setup, configuration, and initial optimization of campaigns. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to ensure all parameters are correctly set. Furthermore, you will provide essential support with creative asset management, ensuring that all campaign materials are organized, tracked, and utilized effectively. Quality assurance checks on campaign configurations will be a vital part of your responsibilities, preventing errors and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- • You will actively support senior UAMs with various administrative tasks and data compilation, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the team. A significant aspect of this role is the continuous learning and development of platform-specific best practices and advanced optimization techniques. This learning curve is steep but rewarding, preparing you for greater responsibilities.
- • The growth path for this position is clearly defined and ambitious. The initial 3-6 months will be dedicated to intensive, hands-on manual work and comprehensive training under the direct guidance of experienced Senior UAMs. This foundational period is crucial for building a deep understanding of our processes and platforms. Following this, you will gradually gain increased autonomy in campaign management and begin making basic optimization decisions. By the 6-month mark, the expectation is that you will transition to independently managing specific ad sources, with ongoing oversight and support from senior team members.
