- • As a Junior UX Researcher at Liven, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global ecosystem of products designed to foster self-observability and guide users away from negative thoughts, patterns, and behaviors. You will be an integral part of our UX Research team, acting as the compass that directs our product development efforts. We are a company that prioritizes data-driven decisions, eschewing assumptions in favor of deep, actionable user insights. This position is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to transition into the IT sector and cultivate a meaningful career in UX Research within a dynamic, product-centric environment. Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of products that impact millions of users worldwide.
- • You will be involved in the end-to-end UX research lifecycle, working closely with our Lead UX Researcher. This mentorship will guide you through every stage, from meticulously defining research questions that address critical product challenges to confidently presenting your findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Your journey will encompass both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, providing a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and product performance.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve assisting in the planning and execution of various qualitative research methods. This includes conducting in-depth user interviews to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points; performing usability testing to identify friction points and areas for improvement in our product interfaces; executing concept testing to gauge user reception of new ideas and features; and engaging in discovery research to explore unmet user needs and potential market opportunities. Your ability to empathize with users and translate their experiences into valuable insights will be paramount.
- • You will also collaborate closely with our analytics team to work with quantitative data. This involves analyzing survey results to understand user sentiment and preferences, as well as examining behavioral metrics to identify patterns and trends in how users interact with our products. Synthesizing these diverse data streams will be crucial for developing a holistic understanding of the user experience.
- • A core responsibility will be transforming raw data, whether qualitative or quantitative, into structured, compelling insights. You will be tasked with articulating clear product recommendations that are directly supported by your research findings. This requires not only analytical prowess but also the ability to communicate complex information in an accessible and persuasive manner.
- • To further inform our product strategy, you will conduct desk research and competitive analysis. This will involve staying abreast of market trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and understanding the competitive landscape to ensure Liven remains at the forefront of innovation in the mental well-being and self-observability space.
- • You will learn to formulate research hypotheses and play a key role in helping our product teams validate these hypotheses through rigorous testing. This scientific approach ensures that our product development is grounded in evidence and focused on delivering maximum user value.
- • This role is designed for rapid learning and professional development. You will be expected to quickly immerse yourself in new domains, decode complex user behaviors, and continuously sharpen your research expertise through consistent feedback and hands-on experience. The fast-paced nature of our work demands agility and a proactive approach to learning.
- • Please note that due to the requirement for frequent interaction with users, the core working hours for this role will typically be from 14:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time. This schedule allows for optimal engagement with our global user base and research participants.
- • At Liven, we foster a culture of curiosity and continuous exploration. We encourage our team members to embrace the unknown, challenge assumptions, and drive innovation. Your professional growth is intrinsically linked to the value you create for our product and the business. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a product that positively impacts the mental well-being of millions of users globally every day. We offer a high degree of trust and ownership, empowering you to act independently while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes. You will benefit from access to a vibrant expert community, including professional clubs, specialized training, a comprehensive knowledge base, and a library to support your ongoing learning. Our offices in Kyiv and Warsaw are designed to provide a space for focus and collaboration, complete with amenities such as breakfasts, lunches, lounge areas, and wellness zones. We are deeply committed to the well-being of our team, offering a robust program that includes medical insurance and sports communities, mirroring our dedication to our users' mental health. Furthermore, we provide essential support during the ongoing war, ensuring stable working conditions and contributing to Ukraine's recovery through the SKELAR foundation. We maintain a "Day 1" spirit, constantly questioning, testing, and adapting. If your curiosity is your driving force and you are passionate about helping users achieve greater self-understanding through research, we encourage you to connect with us.
