  • • The Key Account Executive role is critical to driving revenue growth by expanding strategic accounts within Culligan Quench’s existing customer base, directly supporting the company’s mission to eliminate single-use plastic bottles through scalable water solutions.
  • • Day to day, the role involves prospecting existing high-potential customers, developing targeted sales strategies, identifying new revenue opportunities, and closing deals within a designated book of accounts, with support from Marketing for lead generation and Customer Care for issue resolution.
  • • The team operates within Culligan Quench, a North American leader in bottle-free water solutions, serving over 120,000 environmentally conscious customers across 90+ locations, backed by private equity and committed to sustainability innovation.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop advanced account-based selling skills, deepen expertise in B2B subscription services, and achieve measurable revenue growth while contributing to environmental impact goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in subscription-based or service industries
  • • Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills with ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to close deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a distributed team environment
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
