- • As a Key Account Executive specializing in Auth0 at Okta, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions within the company's most critical and high-value strategic accounts.
- • Your primary focus will be on the Auth0 platform, acting as the dedicated product expert to identify, position, and strategize deals that leverage Auth0's capabilities to meet complex customer needs.
- • While the Key Account Director (KAD) maintains overall ownership of the account relationship and forecast, you will serve as the tactical engine, developing and executing winning strategies specifically for Auth0 opportunities.
- • This role demands a profound understanding of the CIAM landscape, including its competitive dynamics, technical intricacies, and business value propositions.
- • You will be expected to collaborate seamlessly within a "One Team" ecosystem, working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective customer engagement.
- • A key responsibility is to accelerate deal velocity by providing deep product expertise and ensuring customers receive the optimal technical solution tailored to their unique identity challenges.
- • You will expertly navigate conversations, transitioning smoothly between high-level discussions on business outcomes and granular details of technical SKU strategies and pricing models.
- • You will lead Auth0-specific discovery sessions, delving into customer requirements and translating them into compelling solution proposals.
- • Developing and implementing effective SKU strategies and pricing models, in conjunction with Auth0 SE specialists, will be crucial for addressing complex customer demands.
- • You will proactively partner with the KAD to generate pipeline and shape new opportunities, ensuring a strong and consistent Auth0 presence across the strategic account portfolio.
- • Maintaining a robust competitive position for Auth0 will be paramount, requiring you to develop and implement winning tactics to overcome technical hurdles and outmaneuver market competitors.
- • You will collaborate closely with Principal Sales Engineers (SEs) to rigorously validate that Auth0 is the ideal technology fit for a customer's specific use case, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable customer outcomes.
- • Supporting the KAD in aligning commercial terms and meticulously ensuring that all Auth0-specific technical and business requirements are accurately reflected in final proposals is a critical aspect of this role.
- • You will act as the primary specialist partner to the KAD, providing the deep product expertise necessary to capture significant CIAM revenue while complementing the KAD's broader account management responsibilities.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with Auth0 SE specialists and Principal SEs, co-leading CIAM-specific discovery sessions and validating technical fit with precision.
- • Serving as the dedicated Auth0 subject matter expert during customer engagements, you will lead in-depth discussions covering both CIAM business outcomes and technical implementation details.
- • Collaboration with Front Line Management (FLM) is essential to ensure alignment, resolve any potential role friction, and maintain a seamless "One Team" experience for the customer.
- • You will align with broader account teams, including Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, to ensure Auth0 messaging and commercial strategies are consistent with the overall strategic account plan developed by the KAD.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the CIAM space.
- • You will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of Auth0's CIAM solutions to a diverse audience, from technical practitioners to executive leadership.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive Auth0 revenue growth within key accounts, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to Okta's overall market leadership in identity solutions.
