  • • As a Key Account Executive specializing in Auth0, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and success of Okta's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions within our most significant and high-value strategic accounts.
  • • Your primary focus will be on the Auth0 platform, acting as the dedicated product expert to identify, position, and strategize deals that leverage its advanced capabilities for customer identity needs.
  • • While the Key Account Director (KAD) maintains overall ownership of the account relationship and forecast, you will serve as the tactical engine, developing and executing winning strategies specifically for Auth0 opportunities.
  • • This role demands a profound understanding of the CIAM landscape, including its technical intricacies and business implications, enabling you to effectively translate complex customer requirements into tangible solutions.
  • • You will be a critical partner within a collaborative "One Team" ecosystem, working seamlessly with account managers, technical specialists, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a unified and effective customer experience.
  • • A key responsibility is leading Auth0-specific discovery sessions, delving deep into customer challenges and business objectives to uncover opportunities where Auth0 can provide optimal value.
  • • You will be responsible for developing sophisticated SKU strategies and pricing models in close collaboration with Auth0 Sales Engineers (SEs) to precisely meet the unique and often complex requirements of strategic clients.
  • • Proactively shaping new opportunities is crucial; you will work hand-in-hand with the KAD to generate pipeline and ensure a strong and growing Auth0 presence across the assigned strategic account portfolio.
  • • Maintaining a robust competitive position for Auth0 is paramount. You will employ winning tactics to navigate market competition and overcome technical hurdles, ensuring Auth0 is the preferred solution.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Principal SEs to rigorously validate that Auth0 is the "best-fit" technology for a customer's specific use case, thereby guaranteeing high-quality, sustainable, and long-term customer outcomes.
  • • Aligning commercial terms is a vital aspect of the role. You will support the KAD in ensuring that all Auth0-specific technical and business requirements are accurately and comprehensively reflected in the final proposals and contracts.
  • • You will act as the primary specialist partner to the KAD, providing the deep product expertise necessary to capture significant CIAM revenue while complementing their broader account management responsibilities.
  • • Your engagement with Auth0 SE specialists and Principal SEs will be extensive, leading joint discovery sessions and validating technical fit to accelerate deal velocity.
  • • You will serve as the dedicated Auth0 subject matter expert during customer engagements, confidently leading deep-dive discussions that cover both high-level CIAM business outcomes and detailed technical implementation strategies.
  • • Collaboration extends to internal leadership, including Front Line Management (FLM), to ensure alignment, resolve any potential role friction, and maintain a seamless "One Team" experience for the customer.
  • • You will also align with broader account teams, including Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, to ensure that Auth0 messaging and commercial strategies are consistent with the overall strategic account plan developed by the KAD.
  • • This role requires a proven ability to navigate multi-million dollar sales cycles within Global or Key accounts, demonstrating a strong focus on strategic deal shaping and competitive displacement.
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, enabling you to effectively lead technical discovery sessions and engage confidently with both developer personas and executive-level stakeholders.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive Auth0 CIAM revenue growth within key accounts, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to Okta's overall market leadership in identity solutions.
