- • As a Key Account Executive specializing in Auth0 at Okta, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and success of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions within Okta's most strategic and high-value accounts.
- • This role is designed for a sales professional who thrives in a specialized, consultative sales environment, acting as the tactical engine for Auth0-specific opportunities while collaborating closely with Key Account Directors (KADs) who own the overall account relationship and forecast.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the discovery, positioning, and deal strategy for Auth0 CIAM solutions, ensuring that complex customer requirements are met with optimal technical solutions and pricing models.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with Auth0 Sales Engineers (SEs) and Principal SEs to conduct in-depth discovery sessions, validate technical fit, and develop tailored SKU strategies that align with customer needs and business outcomes.
- • A key aspect of this role involves proactive opportunity shaping. You will partner with the KAD to identify and cultivate new Auth0 opportunities within the strategic account portfolio, ensuring a robust pipeline and a strong Auth0 presence.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining a strong competitive position for Auth0, developing and implementing winning tactics to overcome technical hurdles and market competition, thereby accelerating deal velocity.
- • Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into tangible business value will be crucial in demonstrating the ROI and strategic advantages of Okta's CIAM solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- • You will serve as the dedicated Auth0 subject matter expert during customer engagements, leading discussions on CIAM business outcomes, technical implementation, and best practices.

- • Internal collaboration extends to working with Front Line Management (FLM) to ensure alignment, resolve any role friction, and maintain a seamless "One Team" experience for the customer.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the CIAM landscape, developer-centric platforms, and the ability to navigate multi-million dollar sales cycles within global or key accounts.
- • You will be expected to excel in a matrixed environment, demonstrating a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions, particularly in the Identity and Access Management space.
- • The ability to navigate SKU-level pricing and strategy, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills, will be essential for success.
