  • • As a Key Account Executive specializing in Auth0, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Okta's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions within our most significant and high-value strategic accounts.
  • • Your primary focus will be on the Auth0 platform, acting as the dedicated product expert to spearhead discovery, articulate value propositions, and develop winning deal strategies for complex CIAM requirements.
  • • While the Key Account Director (KAD) maintains overall ownership of the account relationship and forecast, you will serve as the tactical driving force, executing Auth0-specific winning tactics and shaping new opportunities to ensure a robust presence of our CIAM offerings.
  • • This role demands a profound understanding of the CIAM landscape, including its competitive dynamics, emerging trends, and the technical intricacies of identity solutions.
  • • You will be expected to collaborate seamlessly with a diverse ecosystem of internal stakeholders, embodying a true "One Team" approach to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • • A key responsibility is to accelerate deal velocity by effectively positioning Auth0 as the optimal technical solution for customers' intricate identity challenges.
  • • You will adeptly navigate conversations, transitioning smoothly between high-level discussions on business outcomes and granular details of technical SKU strategies and pricing models.
  • • Lead Auth0-specific discovery sessions, delving deep into customer needs, pain points, and strategic objectives related to customer identity management.
  • • Develop and present compelling solution proposals, demonstrating how Auth0's CIAM capabilities can address complex business requirements and deliver tangible value.
  • • Partner closely with Auth0 Sales Engineers (SE) specialists and Principal SEs to validate technical fit, ensuring that Auth0 is the best-fit technology for the customer's specific use case and that proposed solutions lead to high-quality, sustainable customer outcomes.
  • • Craft and execute sophisticated SKU strategies and pricing models in conjunction with technical specialists to meet the unique and often complex requirements of strategic accounts.
  • • Proactively identify and shape new Auth0 CIAM opportunities within the assigned strategic account portfolio, working in tandem with the KAD to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • • Maintain a strong competitive stance for Auth0, developing and implementing effective tactics to overcome technical hurdles, address competitive threats, and secure customer wins.
  • • Support the KAD in aligning commercial terms, ensuring that all Auth0-specific technical and business requirements are accurately and comprehensively reflected in the final proposal and contract.
  • • Serve as the primary specialist partner to the KAD, providing the deep product expertise necessary to capture significant CIAM revenue while complementing the KAD's broader account ownership and forecasting responsibilities.
  • • Act as the dedicated Auth0 subject matter expert during customer engagements, leading in-depth discussions on CIAM business outcomes, technical implementation strategies, and best practices.
  • • Collaborate with Front Line Management (FLM) to ensure alignment on strategy and to resolve any potential role friction, thereby maintaining a seamless and positive "One Team" experience for the customer.
  • • Align with the broader account team, including Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, to ensure that Auth0 messaging, positioning, and commercial terms are consistent with the overall strategic account plan developed by the KAD.
  • • You will be a key contributor to Okta's growth in the critical CIAM market, directly impacting revenue targets and customer satisfaction within some of the world's most important organizations.
