- • Lead strategic relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at a premier global financial institution, positioning FICO’s analytics solutions as critical to their business priorities.
- • Design and deliver enterprise-grade, tailored solutions by collaborating with internal teams across sales, product, delivery, and marketing to align with client objectives and long-term strategies.
- • Structure, negotiate, and close multi-million-dollar contracts that expand FICO’s footprint within the account while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- • Serve as the primary advocate for the client within FICO, influencing product roadmaps and solution development based on evolving market demands and client feedback.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account growth, achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, and maximize long-term profitability with significant upside potential.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to the client by staying ahead of industry trends in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, and consumer lending, and positioning FICO as the leader in decisioning technology.
- • Represent FICO at industry events and client meetings, demonstrating deep expertise in machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization technologies.
- • Maintain close, face-to-face client partnerships through up to 50% travel to foster trust, alignment, and ongoing collaboration.
- • Leverage a consultative-selling approach to uncover hidden business challenges and translate them into actionable, high-value FICO solution opportunities.
- • Educate both clients and internal teams through presentations and discussions, promoting a culture of learning and customer success.
- • Demonstrate resilience under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain high performance amid complex, high-stakes environments.
- • Work collaboratively across global teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and alignment with FICO’s core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers, and Earn the Respect of Others.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven senior-level experience building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives in large financial institutions
- • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals, particularly involving SaaS-based analytics or decisioning solutions
- • Deep industry knowledge in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagement and relationship building
- • Strong soft skills, growth mindset, and passion for helping clients and colleagues succeed
