- • Lead strategic relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at a premier global financial institution to uncover and address their most critical business challenges using FICO’s analytics and decisioning solutions.
- • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, product, delivery, and marketing to design and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions aligned with client objectives and long-term strategies.
- • Structure, negotiate, and close multi-million-dollar contracts that expand FICO’s footprint within the account while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both client and company.
- • Serve as the primary advocate for the client within FICO, influencing product roadmaps and solution development to meet evolving market demands and client needs.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that drive account expansion, revenue growth, and long-term profitability while consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with significant upside potential.
- • Position FICO as a trusted advisor in advanced analytics by staying ahead of industry trends in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, and consumer lending, and articulating the value of AI, machine learning, and decision management technologies.
- • Represent FICO at executive-level meetings and industry events to reinforce brand credibility and deepen client partnerships through consultative selling and strategic dialogue.
- • Maintain a high level of client engagement through up to 50% travel to foster face-to-face relationships and ensure alignment on joint business objectives.
- • Leverage deep industry knowledge of financial services to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client infrastructure and integrate FICO solutions into broader technology ecosystems.
- • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability under pressure, maintaining focus and effectiveness while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and shifting market conditions.
- • Educate both clients and internal teams through presentations and conversations, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration to drive collective success.
- • Act with ownership by taking initiative to anticipate client needs, resolve blockers proactively, and deliver exceptional outcomes that reflect FICO’s core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers, and Earn the Respect of Others.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven senior-level experience building and managing strategic relationships with C-suite executives in large financial institutions
- • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales deals, particularly involving SaaS-based analytics or decisioning solutions
- • Deep industry knowledge in banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending, with familiarity with AI, machine learning, or decision management technologies
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support client partnerships
- • Strong collaborative leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams
