📋 Description

• As Germany's leading collagen brand, Glow25 is looking for a Key Account Manager Italy to build its business in the Italian market from the ground up.
• The successful candidate will manage existing partners, secure new listings, and actively develop ranges and promotions.
• This role involves close collaboration with marketing, operations, and e-commerce teams, as well as representing Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events across Italy.
• The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or health, and a strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required, with Spanish being a nice-to-have skill.
• The Key Account Manager Italy will be responsible for market entry and expansion, account management, promotions and trade marketing, cross-functional collaboration, market and competitive analysis, and representation.
• The role requires a structured, proactive approach with a hands-on attitude and confident use of everyday tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and a CRM system.
• Experience with pharmacy/parapharmacy channels, especially knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes, and trade marketing setup in that environment, is a bonus.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or health
• Strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape — drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail, and grocery
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Spanish is a nice to have
• Structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude
• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and a CRM system
• Experience with pharmacy/parapharmacy channels
