- • We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to help grow our presence in the municipal wastewater sector.
- • This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role, ideally suited to someone based in the South of England who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving business growth.
- • As the face of Solenis across your region, you'll play a key role in helping wastewater customers achieve their operational and sustainability goals while developing new business opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- • Drive growth by developing and executing sales strategies that deliver against targets and expand our market presence.
- • Build partnerships by creating trusted, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their challenges and business objectives.
- • Collaborate internally with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Applications teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- • Manage your pipeline by maintaining a focused and proactive approach to opportunity management, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- • Grow accounts by retaining and developing existing business while identifying and securing new opportunities.
- • Provide technical support by helping municipal wastewater customers understand our products, applications, and best practices.
- • Be a trusted advisor by supporting customers with troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and application expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Account management experience, backed by a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset — you're proactive, self-driven, and always spotting new opportunities.
- • Water treatment knowledge (highly desirable).
- • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- • A willingness to travel extensively across the South, South East, and South Coast.
- • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a varied regional territory.
- • A valid UK driver's license.
