- • Serve as Key Account Manager for Chem-Aqua’s Healthcare Team, supporting corporate water hygiene accounts across the United States.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and technical marketing to deliver comprehensive water management solutions for healthcare clients.
- • Participate in customer Water Management Plan (WMP) meetings to provide technical support, remediation recommendations, and operational adjustments ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- • Audit existing water treatment plans to verify service delivery meets client expectations and industry standards.
- • Consult with healthcare facility stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with Legionella and other waterborne pathogens in premise plumbing systems.
- • Work with technical marketing and engineering teams to enhance documentation, training materials, and collateral related to water hygiene protocols.
- • Conduct facility surveys, collect detailed observations, and produce accurate technical reports based on findings.
- • Deliver presentations and educational seminars to large audiences, including healthcare professionals and facility managers.
- • Provide administrative, technical, and sales support to ensure seamless operations for key healthcare accounts.
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- • Maintain and update client records using the LAMPS by HC Info platform.
- • Support field representatives by translating corporate strategy into actionable local-level initiatives.
- • Adapt to a fast-paced environment requiring independent initiative and proactive problem-solving.
- • Travel up to 50% to client sites, meetings, and training events across the U.S.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies.
- • Represent Chem-Aqua with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset in all interactions.
- • Engage in company-wide initiatives promoting work-life balance, employee recognition, and community involvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Familiarity with premise plumbing systems (potable and non-potable)
- • Experience with water safety and Legionella management in water systems
- • Bachelor of Science degree with GPA above 3.0 in engineering, biology, or chemistry
- • Experience using the LAMPS by HC Info platform
- • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to present to large groups
