📋 Description
- • Improve delivery operations for Deliveroo’s highest-volume restaurant and grocery partners by diagnosing, resolving, and reporting on operational concerns across multiple stakeholders
- • Test and scale innovative solutions to enhance partner operational performance, ensuring measurable improvements in service quality and efficiency
- • Align Partner Operations goals with other business functions, including commercial, product, and logistics teams, to ensure cohesive target and KPI setting
- • Represent Partner Operations in partner Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, providing operational updates and understanding commercial priorities
- • Collaborate with the Product team to advocate for partner needs during feature development, ensuring the partner voice directly influences product roadmap decisions
- • Lead the rollout and implementation of new product features with both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth adoption and operational readiness
- • Drive the expansion and launch of new partner sites, ensuring high operational performance from day one through rigorous planning and execution
- • Leverage strong negotiation skills and operational proposals to align partner outcomes with Deliveroo’s business objectives
- • Manage high-impact cross-functional projects with structured timelines, clear deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
- • Use data to build compelling business cases, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
- • Manipulate large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- • Utilize BI tools such as Looker or Tableau to visualize data and communicate insights effectively to internal and external audiences
- • Innovate on existing workflows by identifying areas for improvement, proposing creative solutions, and executing them with attention to stakeholder communication
- • Maintain structured project management practices to juggle multiple priorities, ensuring the right work is delivered at the right time
- • Work directly from Deliveroo’s Milan Main Office to support Italy Operations and collaborate with regional and global teams
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and collaboration, where diverse perspectives are valued and everyone is empowered to do their best work
- • Engage with teams across DoorDash and Wolt as part of Deliveroo’s integration into the global DoorDash organization
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years experience in strategy, management consulting, operations management, or growth
- • Able to build working relationships with key stakeholders, influence, and attain requisite buy-in from internal and external parties
- • Data fluency: able to manipulate large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, and translate complex analyses into clear insights using BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
- • Proven project management experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a structured and logical way
- • Innovative mindset with ability to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and execute them effectively
- • Strong analytical skills to identify relevant information, make data-driven decisions, and present findings concisely
