📋 Description

  • • As a Knowledge Management Specialist at Clipboard Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring that operational knowledge is accurate, accessible, and actionable across a rapidly growing, remote-first organization. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to lift professionals up the socioeconomic ladder by enabling teams to make faster, better-informed decisions through clear, structured documentation.
  • • You will design, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge systems that power healthcare operations, acting as the central point of contact for clarity and structure in process documentation.
  • • Day to day, you will analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation; audit and refine the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility; act as the internal knowledge point of contact by identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process improvements; partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes; and continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge by proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
  • • You will join a global, remote team of over 1,000 people at a profitable, Series C marketplace that has been profitable since 2022 and fills millions of shifts annually across U.S. partner workplaces, with expanding verticals in Dental, Home Health, and beyond.
  • • Clipboard Health is a YC Top Company with a mission-driven culture, offering the opportunity to contribute to scalable operational excellence in a high-impact, individual contributor role where your work influences how entire teams function and scale.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare operations and process design, refine your ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable documentation, and gain experience influencing organizational efficiency through knowledge systems—positioning you for growth in operations, process engineering, or operational enablement roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement, ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries
  • • Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation
  • • Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace
  • • Strong systems-thinking mindset and analytical approach to process design
  • • Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the APAC region
  • • Opportunity to work at a profitable, mission-driven Series C company that has been profitable since 2022
  • • Global team of 1,000+ remote employees with a culture focused on impact and socioeconomic mobility
  • • Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps) support and system requirements guidance provided
  • • Chance to shape foundational knowledge systems as one of the first hires dedicated purely to knowledge management and process clarity
