📋 Description
- • The Knowledge Manager at Worldly serves as the lead resource for training and sustainability expertise, ensuring customers have access to accurate, up-to-date information about the Worldly platform and its impact intelligence tools.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include curating and maintaining the help center and knowledge base, acting as a subject matter expert on the Worldly platform, defining and executing knowledge management strategy, managing communication with partner organizations like Cascale, collaborating cross-functionally to collect and document product knowledge, optimizing AI assistance capabilities through content creation and workflow design, championing customer and partner success, owning end-to-end translation management across 8 languages using Lokalise, and occasionally traveling for team off-sites or customer trainings.
- • Worldly operates as a public benefit corporation backed by mission-aligned investors, providing the world’s most comprehensive impact intelligence platform trusted by 40,000 global brands, retailers, and manufacturers to drive ESG transformation through real supply chain data.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in sustainability methodologies like LCA and ESG reporting, gain experience scaling knowledge systems in a fast-growing SaaS environment, develop AI-assisted content workflows, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to systemic change in the apparel and footwear industry’s approach to sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • 5-7 years of experience creating content and documentation for customers, including trainings, help center articles, SOPs, FAQs, and/or internal enablement documentation
- • Knowledge of basic sustainability concepts, committed to sustainability as evidenced by professional or life experience
- • 2-5 years of experience with Knowledge Base or CMS platforms like Zendesk, Confluence, Hubspot, Notion, etc.
- • Complex project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple customer or partner relationships simultaneously
- • Experience in a technology or SaaS organization with a fast-paced, growing environment
