  • • As an L&D Specialist at BJAK, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a thriving workplace by significantly strengthening employee engagement, continuous learning, and our unique company culture. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive suite of programs aimed at enhancing employee connection, professional capability, and overall performance. Your focus will be on ensuring that all initiatives are not only practical and impeccably executed but also deeply aligned with the authentic operational ethos and values of BJAK.
  • • You will be the driving force behind our company-wide engagement and learning calendar, meticulously planning and orchestrating a diverse range of activities. This includes, but is not limited to, impactful townhalls that foster open communication, vibrant festive events that celebrate our successes, engaging team activities that build camaraderie, comprehensive onboarding sessions that welcome and integrate new talent, and inspiring internal campaigns that reinforce our strategic objectives and cultural pillars.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of engagement programs. This involves conceptualizing creative initiatives, managing all logistical aspects, ensuring high levels of employee participation, facilitating smooth operations, and ultimately delivering a positive and memorable employee experience that resonates throughout the organization.
  • • You will also be responsible for the coordination of our extensive learning programs, spanning a wide spectrum of development areas including cutting-edge technical skills, essential soft skills, and crucial leadership development. This will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various departments to identify learning needs and partnering effectively with external trainers and content providers to deliver high-quality, relevant training solutions.
  • • Maintaining meticulous training logistics will be a key responsibility. This encompasses the precise scheduling of training sessions, accurate tracking of attendance, monitoring completion rates to ensure program efficacy, and conducting basic return on investment (ROI) or effectiveness measurements to gauge the impact of our learning initiatives. Your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of all learning activities.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be leading and running our comprehensive onboarding culture sessions. These sessions are designed to immerse new hires into the core of BJAK, thoroughly introducing them to our foundational values, setting clear expectations for their roles and contributions, and familiarizing them with our distinctive ways of working. This ensures a seamless and inspiring start for every new team member.
  • • You will act as a vital bridge, partnering closely with the People Operations team and business leaders to strategically embed our unique culture, foster a robust feedback mechanism, and promote a culture of recognition into the daily practices and interactions of all employees. This proactive approach ensures that our values are not just abstract concepts but are lived and breathed every day.
  • • Continuous improvement will be driven by your proactive approach to tracking engagement and learning data. You will diligently gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, analyze key metrics, and leverage these insights to iteratively enhance the quality, relevance, and overall impact of all engagement and learning programs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and effective.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Culture building, or related HR program management roles.
  • • Exceptional execution and coordination skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
  • • Proficiency in using calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and familiarity with basic HR systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse groups effectively, particularly in group settings.
  • • A pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on practical solutions that deliver tangible outcomes rather than theoretical approaches.
  • • High degree of ownership, infectious energy, and a proactive, "get-things-done" attitude, essential for thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
