- • As an L&D Specialist at BJAK, you will play a pivotal role in significantly strengthening employee engagement, fostering continuous learning, and cultivating a vibrant culture throughout the entire organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive suite of programs aimed at enhancing connection, building capability, and driving performance. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all initiatives are not only practical and seamlessly executed but also deeply aligned with the authentic operational realities and unique working style of BJAK. This is fundamentally a hands-on, execution-heavy position where you will take ownership of critical programs. Your remit will include overseeing engagement initiatives, coordinating learning and development efforts, leading onboarding sessions focused on our culture, and spearheading various initiatives designed to reinforce BJAK's core values in the everyday fabric of our work, moving beyond mere presentations or isolated events.
- • You will be the central point of contact for managing the company-wide engagement and learning calendar. This includes meticulously planning and executing a diverse range of activities such as all-hands town halls, celebratory festive events, engaging team-building activities, structured onboarding sessions for new joiners, and impactful internal campaigns designed to boost morale and alignment.
- • Your role will involve the end-to-end planning and execution of engagement programs. This requires a keen eye for detail to ensure strong employee participation, flawless logistical execution, and an overwhelmingly positive employee experience throughout each program.
- • You will be instrumental in coordinating a wide array of learning programs. These will span across technical skill development, essential soft skills enhancement, and crucial leadership training. This coordination will involve close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to understand needs and with external trainers and providers to secure high-quality content and delivery.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be maintaining the intricate details of training logistics. This includes precise scheduling of sessions, diligent tracking of attendance, monitoring completion rates, and conducting basic return on investment (ROI) or effectiveness measurements to gauge the impact of our learning initiatives.
- • You will lead and facilitate engaging onboarding culture sessions. These sessions are designed to immerse new hires into the core of BJAK's values, clearly communicate expectations, and thoroughly explain our unique ways of working, ensuring a smooth and integrated start to their journey with us.
- • You will act as a key partner to the People Operations team and various leaders across the organization. Together, you will work to embed BJAK's culture, promote a continuous feedback loop, and champion recognition practices directly into the daily routines and workflows of our employees.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will be the continuous tracking and analysis of engagement and learning data. You will actively gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, using these insights to drive iterative improvements in program quality, relevance, and overall impact. This data-driven approach ensures our L&D efforts remain effective and aligned with evolving organizational needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Culture Building, or related HR program management roles.
- • Exceptional execution and coordination skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- • Proficiency in managing calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and familiarity with basic HR systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- • Strong and clear communication and facilitation skills, particularly effective in leading and engaging group settings.
- • A pragmatic and practical mindset, focusing on solutions that are effective in real-world application rather than purely theoretical approaches.
- • High degree of ownership, infectious energy, and a proactive willingness to drive tasks to completion in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
